It is the responsibuility of the Redfield teams playing FIRST and LAST to SETUP and PACK-UP (respectively) the two rugby grounds (main and minis).
This includes:
- Post pads
- Corner posts
- Dead ball posts
- Half-way posts (optional, but if used, must be placed 3m away from the sideline)
- 22m line posts (optional, but if used, must be placed 3m away from the sideline)
- Touch flags
- Scoreboard numbers
- Table & seats for sign-on & time-keeping
- Ground marshall box
- First Aid kit
- Toilet signage
- Replace scrum machine, under the tree by the windsock (pack-up only)
Guidelines:
- Both SETUP and PACK-UP must be supervised by an adult (coach, manager or designated parent), not just an instruction given to the boys!
- All equipment should be neatly packed into the rugby 'container' so that the next people to setup can find it.
- The rugby container must be locked after packing. Team coaches and managers will have access to the keys for the locks.
- Toilet signage for the LADIES is stored in the female toilets.
- Toilet signage for the GENTS is stored in the Primary Corridor leading to the toilets.
- There is no need to pack-up if there is a period of time between 1 game and the next (ie. sometimes there is a 2-3 hr break between the u12s and the Old Boys).
